By purchasing, installing, or using the Insta Alarm system and its associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the product or service.
2. Service Description
Insta Alarm provides a security monitoring interface that allows users to:
Trigger or deactivate sirens via physical switches. Control and monitor the system remotely via the Insta Alarm app.
Receive notifications regarding security events.
3. User Responsibilities
Connectivity: You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection or cellular data required for the app to communicate with the alarm hardware.
Testing: It is the user’s responsibility to conduct weekly tests of the siren and app connectivity to ensure the system is functioning correctly.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app login credentials.
4. Limitations of Liability
Insta Alarm is a deterrent, not a guarantee of safety. * We do not guarantee that the system will prevent any loss, damage, or injury. We are not liable for any failure to send/receive notifications due to network outages, power failures, or improper installation.
Insta Alarm is not a replacement for professional emergency services (Police, Fire, or Medical).
5. Proper Use & False Alarms
Users must comply with local ordinances regarding noise levels and siren usage. Insta Alarm is not responsible for any fines or legal actions resulting from false alarms triggered by the user or system malfunctions.
6. Privacy & Data
We collect data necessary for the operation of the app (e.g., device status, notification logs). We do not sell your personal security data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data encryption.
7. Warranty & Returns
